In the recent update of whatsapp,whatsapp has released a feature to disable the "last seen" option on the Android running mobiles.But in order to use this feature you need to download an APK files from the whatsapp site.So,in this article i am gonna show you how to install the APK files which you have downloaded from the net and how to disable the last seen option in the android phone running 4 or higher versions.
Steps to disable the last seen on whatsapp:
1.First download the APK file from whatsapp site.You can download the app to your pc and then you can transfer it to your mobile or you can directly download the file through mobile.

2.Normally you can't install the file that are download from the internet(other than the apps downloaded from the Google play store)because Android phones allows us to install the apps which are downloaded from the Google play store.So, in order to install we are going to make some changes in the settings.
3.In order to install,go to Settings>Security and check or enable the "unknown resource option" and then try to install the APK file.At the time of installation you will get a message saying that this app will make changes to the current whatsapp.Allow it to make changes to the whatsapp.
4.Now go to Whatsapp>Settings>Account>Privacy.In the privacy section you will see "last seen" with three options.
- Everyone
- My contacts
- Nobody.
5.Select Nobody options.
6.Finish.
